Strengths & Weaknesses:

Strengths

  • Strong — Both emotionally and physically. Akihiko is one of the more emotionally resilient members of SEES and constantly strives to make himself even stronger every day. This can be a flaw as well, as his desire for strength stems from unresolved childhood trauma.

  • Loyal — Shown most especially in his relationship with Shinji and Mitsuru, Akihiko is a loyal friend who refuses to give up on his friends even when they've given up on themselves. He sees the best in his friends and will go to extreme lengths to be able to support them no matter what.

  • Senpai — Akihiko's the quintessential senpai. He's supportive, helpful, smart. He makes time for his underclassmen and really does his best to uplift them and help them figure out ways through their problems. He takes his duties as senpai seriously and it's part of why he's such an emotional rock for the members of SEES.
Weaknesses

  • Impulsive — Akihiko is very much an act first, think second type of person and this has been shown in many scenes in the game as being a detriment to him and the others at times. Part of it can be attributed to his age, another part of his natural personality but it is something he's constantly working on.

  • Angry — Akihiko has some unresolved anger in regards to his childhood trauma that he keeps to himself. This anger sometimes comes out when he's called out about the unhealthy ways he deals with his trauma and he'll lash out in response. His anger is definitely something that simmers in the background, going unresolved.

  • Dismissive/Oblivious — Akihiko is pretty oblivious when it comes to other people's feelings and general social cues. In conjunction with that obliviousness is a dismissiveness where he ignores more emotional matters, not considering them worth his time. He can be pretty hypocritical as a result of this, only giving attention to things he views worthy of it and dismissive of anything else in return.
Powers & Abilities:

He can summon a persona, Caesar. Otherwise, he's a very athletic and well built 18 year old boy who is quite physically strong for his age.

Background/History: Info post. Here’s a little tl;dr for you as well:
As a child, Winter lived on the streets of the city of Waterdeep, and was eventually taken in by a thieves’ guild called the Bluecloaks. He quickly rose through their ranks and in a fit of jealousy over being the supposed favorite of the guild’s leader, the guild’s second in command took Winter on a job and tried to kill him. Winter survived, but was left for dead in an old temple. An eldritch entity imprisoned in the temple reached out to him with a deal: its freedom for his survival. How could he say no?


Strengths & Weaknesses:
STRENGTHS:
CHARISMATIC: Winter is charming and easy to get along with and he knows it. His easy manner and silver tongue help him in a lot of his work with the Blues.
OBSERVANT: There’s not a lot that he misses. He can pick up on minute changes in demeanor and expression, as well as read lips from a distance. Like his charisma, this only helps him when on jobs or dealing with others.
LOYAL: Winter kind of does his own thing a lot, but in the case or his guild and his friends, he’s very steadfast. If you get close to him, then you’ve surely found someone who will always have your back.

WEAKNESSES:
SELF-SERVING: Apart from guild business, a lot of how Winter operates is based on what will benefit him most in the moment. He can act selflessly if he thinks that ultimately, it’s the easier route, or he’ll lie his way through a situation entirely. It makes him hard to predict.
PARANOID: His guildmate’s betrayal left its mark on him, and even a full decade later he still has a penchant for watching his back. He keeps a magic dagger on his person to warn him of danger, and has honed his observational abilities so he’s not caught unaware again.
CREEPY: If you get under all the rizz and the easy mannerisms, there’s something just a bit… off about him. Did his tattoo just move? Who is he talking to under his breath? When you share your brainspace with an eldritch entity, some if it is bound to rub off.


Powers & Abilities:
DARKVISION: Winter can see in the dark (in shades of gray) up to a certain radius, thanks to his elven lineage.
SPELLCASTING/PACT MAGIC: As both a half-elf and a warlock, Winter has the ability to use magic. His spells range from pure offense to illusion to straight up mindfuckery. For the bigger spells, he can only use so many before he needs to rest or wait until the next day.
TELEPATHY: He can speak telepathically to others, and as long as the creature is sentient and understands at least one language, they can understand him and speak back.
THOUGHT SHIELD: Winter’s mind is guarded against mindreading and psychic attacks. His thoughts can only be read if he allows it.
MIMICRY: Winter excels at passing himself off as another person. He can mimic the voices and sounds of other people or creatures near-perfectly, even when he’s not using magic to alter his appearance.
GENERAL THIEF STUFF: As a thief, Winter is good at moving silently, picking locks, gathering intel, reading lips, and other stealthy, sneaky things.

Strengths & Weaknesses:

As a note, as a silent protagonist, Minato can be interpreted in a lot of ways; I'm interpreting from his endgame canon point, with the assumption the correct options for his Social Links are his "canon" options. I'll be using pieces from the drama CDs, stageplays and Persona Q/Q2 as well, but not so much from the movie, which takes his characterization a different direction for the most part. Just watch P3R throw me some curveballs in February--

Strengths:

Giving - Minato won't ever hesitate to give someone what they need. He's the sort of person who goes out of his way to deliver what even a stranger asks of him, and even more so his friends; he'll go above and beyond what's even logical in order to help out the people he cares about. Even if it's doing things like cleaning bathrooms, or feeding a small child out of his own pocket. He gives to all of his Social Links constantly, never really asking anything in return, and the same is true of his teammates.

Accepting - One of Minato's greatest strengths is how accepting he is as a person. He doesn't care what sort of person someone is--he'll hear them out. He loves people, he'll chat with anyone, and he helps however he can. It takes a lot to get him to dismiss someone; he only puts his foot down in canon when someone is putting themselves in danger, with his Moon Social Link, and in the drama CDs when Ken almost puts himself in danger with his zest for Shadow fighting. For the most part, though, Minato finds everyone interesting, regardless of what sort of person they are.

Adaptable - A hidden hour of the day where coffins appear? Shooting spirits out of your head with a fake gun? Minato copes with it all surprisingly well. He barely ever bats an eye, that's something that's consistent across all of his spin-offs and appearances. He copes with things with dry humor, flat expressions and sometimes quirky responses. No matter what comes his way, Minato can deal with it, and he does, usually very blandly.

Weaknesses:

Passive - On the flip side, Minato is about as passive as it gets. He only shows his backbone in very, very dramatic situations; otherwise, he's pretty content to let his friends do dumb things. He'll even encourage them, because stopping them is apparently too much effort. He absolutely has a terrible tendency to be entirely passive--especially when it comes to his own health and well-being.

Self-sacrificial - If the fact that he's willing to sacrifice himself for the fate of the world doesn't make it obvious enough, Minato's a self-sacrificial person. He'd rather give up his own health, time, or well-being in favor of someone else's, and would do whatever it takes to take care of someone else, even to his own detriment. Really, he can be comically stupid about it, to the extent that he just doesn't think to ask for help.

Apathetic - Caring about people comes easily to him, but caring about anything else...? Eh, it's kind of up in the air on any given day. He likes to talk to people, but doing other things can often take too much effort for him to care--or too much effort for him to decline. He gets wrapped up in all sorts of clubs and shenanigans because he's pretty much too apathetic to say "no" at any point, and it tends to get him into trouble.

Since the wiki link doesn't go over anything late game, I wrote out my own summary of some of Act III and the choice made at the end of Astarion's personal questline. Hidden under a details cut for spoilers!
Throughout the narrative, the party uncovers a plot centered around the ambitions of the Chosen of the Dead Three to rule the Sword Coast in the name of their gods, in which they hope to utilize an elder brain—enslaved with a powerful relic called the Crown of Karsus—and many Mindflayer tadpoles to make these goals a reality. Astarion works with his traveling party to undo this plan, and will be taken from a point in Act III after which he has slain one of the aforementioned Chosen to work towards gaining control over the crown.

In regards to his own personal character quest, he’s finally confronted his master, Cazador, after reaching Baldur’s Gate again, and put a stop to his Ritual of Ascension, for the sake of which he and thousands of other vampire spawn were going to be sacrificed. Though compelled to overtake this (highly corrupting) power for himself, Astarion ultimately decides to simply kill Cazador and free the imprisoned spawn. With his newfound freedom, he finally has the ability to decide for himself what kind of person he wishes to be and what sort of life he’ll wish to lead… after they deal with the little issue threatening Baldur’s Gate first.


Strengths & Weaknesses:
CHARMING — Charismatic and silver-tongued, Astarion oozes a sort of wry charm and artful cheekiness, making it easy for him to get along with others on a surface level. He doles out flattery and pet names like it’s second nature when he’s trying to get on someone’s good side, and he has centuries’ worth of experience in the art of reading people just enough to know what they want to hear.

ADAPTABLE — Astarion is a survivalist at heart. He will do what he needs to to survive, even if that includes adapting himself to strange and sudden shifts in circumstances, and often keenly and cleverly. He isn’t the sort to give up easily, either.

LOYAL — Though he greatly values personal loyalty directed toward himself throughout the course of the narrative, this eventually extends far enough to loop itself back around to the opposite: Astarion is loyal to those who prove the same to him. Though he might not say as much outright, he’ll go out of his way to do things he wouldn’t generally for someone who’s proven themselves a true ally (or more), circumventing his usual priorities of self-preservation and self-interest.

EGOCENTRIC — Astarion often places his own well-being above that of others. He notoriously scoffs at those who are self-sacrificing and who go out of their way to help people at no benefit to themselves, concepts that run opposite of his own jaded outlook, though this has gotten slightly better by around endgame. To add to this, he’s also a bit vain, too.

MANIPULATIVE — Not above seeing the people around him as tools to achieve a goal, Astarion uses his charm to manipulate others into doing what he wants. Sometimes it can be innocuous, and sometimes it can be less so — but it’s safe to assume that not every passing, pleasant conversation had with this vampire, though not fully a farce, is 100% sincere, either. The reality is that he's slow to trust and not at all eager to show vulnerability.

A WEE BIT SADISTIC — One of the writers for the game describes Astarion as always being “violent, but in a fun way”, which succinctly sums up his character. His past experiences have made him desperate to feel like the one in control and on the “stronger” end of a power dynamic, even if that manifests in callous (and sometimes even plain mean/cruel) ways for the opposing party. He also enjoys indulging in baser, darker impulses, in equal parts because it’s a Vampire Thing and simply because he’s grown numb to the moral high ground after centuries of trauma.

Strengths & Weaknesses:

Strengths:

1. Master Tactician: Military tactics are both a hobby and a necessity for her, so she's well-versed and well-practiced in the art of planning for every possible scenario. She creates plans A, B, and C, and has contingency plans for all three.

2. Ability to See the Bigger Picture: Kokomi is the sort of person who makes it a point to understand all variables and all sides of an issue--even those in direct contradiction to her own--in order to ensure that she doesn't miss the forest for the trees. This approach allows her a degree of open-mindedness when it comes to conducting herself and leading her people.

3. Compassion: Despite her reputation for being aloof and/or a threat (depending on who is doing the talking about her), Kokomi's primary motivation in her actions is that she cares, even as she's leading an army in open rebellion. She cares deeply about her people and her allies, is receptive and open to the hospitality of strangers, and is merciful with her enemies whenever possible.

Weaknesses:

1. Social Discomfort: Kokomi finds being around people to be incredibly draining and stressful, much preferring to be alone whenever possible. She keeps track of her social battery by recording a running tally of "energy points" in her journal, and it often runs into the negatives. This can make establishing herself with new people difficult.

2. Self-Doubt: Kokomi's lore suggests that she ascended to the role of Divine Priestess of Watatsumi Island well before she felt ready. Even if she had more time to prepare it's a role she doesn't feel comfortable with at all given her introverted nature. As a result, she second-guesses her competence and gets hung up over her shortcomings quite a bit.

3. Dedication to Her People: To Kokomi, Watatsumi comes first and foremost--even (and often) to her own detriment. The burden she carries on her people's behalf is heavy and never truly lifted; as the wants and needs of Watatsumi change, so too do Kokomi's goals and responsibilities.

Powers & Abilities: Kokomi possesses a Hydro Vision, which gives her the capability to manipulate the element of Hydro (i.e., water). A list of her in-game capabilities can be found here.

+RIGHTEOUS RESOLVE: His personal moral core is strong as steel, and he possesses the willpower to do whatever it takes to do what he believes is right, no matter the cost.

-ALOOF: Whether it's due to his troubled upbringing, his position as a mafia capo, or simply a natural part of his serious personality, Bruno rarely expresses his own personal feelings and desires, often causing him to come off as cold and stern, especially among those he's not familiar with.
-RUTHLESS: Remember how I said "no matter the cost?" This is a man who is not above killing or torturing, even if he might personally prefer not to. He committed his first murder at age 12 and holds no regrets.
-EMPATHY: That innate kindness is his most glaring and exploitable weakness, and it's what eventually gets him killed; he will never, ever bend in his beliefs, valuing them far more than his own life.

Powers & Abilities:

Bruno is a Stand user - someone who, in the world of JJBA, can command an entity known as a Stand. This creature is something like a projection of the user's soul, and as such, each one has its own individual properties, strengths, and weaknesses. Stands are typically only visible to other Stand users; in an RP setting, I believe they should likely be visible to anyone with a supernatural sensitivity, whether it be magical or ghostly or whatever else, as the Stand is essentially a "guardian spirit." Indeed, there is a real ghost in another part of Jojo who is able to see the Stands just fine.

Bruno's Stand is called Sticky Fingers.

Strengths & Weaknesses:

STRENGTHS
industrious / Sumina is undoubtedly the hardest worker in her family, and she is near-constantly working herself to the bone in order to make her stint as Innkeeper prosperous as memorable. There is, admittedly, a lot of tedious clerical work that's been left sort of by the wayside over the Inn's ~1800 years of existence... No adventurer wants to spend their downtime organizing paperwork, so it's her time to shine!

sincere / She naturally has to display a degree of care and patience when dealing with customers at the inn, but even beneath that facade of customer service, she does sincerely care for the inn, its patrons, and her work. The inn was founded as a respite for weary souls, and she sincerely wants to be a helpful, healing presence for its guests... even if it's only for a little while.

clever / While Sumina never truly learned to tap into the arcane power that would have been afforded to her by her bloodline, but she makes up for it with a keen eye for effciency and strategy. If she knew what Excel was she'd be on it all the time, but in place of that she has a collection of magical items!

WEAKNESSES
workaholic / My gods, this woman will not stop working. She rarely ever leaves the inn (except for an occasional food adventure) (and also this sabbatical to the hotel) and she rarely takes a day off... And even when she does, she tends to spend it catching up on other work.

warped sense of self / Sumina is extremely hard on herself for being a bit of the odd one (?) out in her family, the sole person who's not given to a more magical career or to adventuring. Even if nobody else is pressuring her, she feels as if she needs to make the Inn her entire life, because otherwise she has nothing to contribute.

high-strung / Her customer service facade is liable to crack at almost any given moment, come the first sign of stress. Of which there are very many on any given day. When this happens, her more candid, long-suffering and at times impatient side comes out.


Powers & Abilities:
traits & proficiencies / Sumina does still enjoy a few benefits from her elven ancestry. Namely, that she can see in darkness and cannot easily be charmed or put to sleep by magic.

Thanks to her upbringing, Sumina also demonstrates proficiencies in arcana and history, and growing up helping out around the inn and then taking over its operations has also made her rather proficient at reading and entertaining her guests. Finally, she's also quite dextrous and acrobatic, but why? Well...

💥 ...martial arts / You know when you're growing up and your family throws you at a million extracurriculars to see what sticks? Well, since Sumina always had trouble picking up magic, they put her through martial arts training. The thing is, while she's retained her training, she hardly ever relies on it... but it does come out more so if she's been drinking. (Hello, she's secretly a Way of the Drunken Master monk.)

💼 magical items / Not having any arcane talent doesn't stop Sumina from using a plethora of magical items! Her go-tos are ones that help make her everyday tasks just a little bit more efficient, and allow her to cast useful cantrips or low-level spells, such as:

✦ Ring of Prestidigitation
✦ Artificer lenses(to cast Detect Magic or Identify)
✦ Barrier tattoo on her chest that activates when she's in danger

🌟 Ambitious: Primed from his youth to be a monumental pillar in jujutsu society, Gojo has always held lofty ambitions, setting a high standard for himself to achieve and then setting it even higher. This extends to his beliefs, as well, his ambition to reform jujutsu society fundamental to his every choice and action. He will stop at nothing short of changing the world, and will accept nothing less as satisfactory.
🌟 Tender-hearted: Despite his rather flippant and bratty outward personality, Gojo is intensely tenderhearted, his desire to connect with others despite his lofty status as The Strongest driving him to care for his students easily. It isn't necessarily easy to be let into his heart, but once someone is there, he will not let them go, and he cares for them keenly.
🌟 Powerful: Defined by his strength by himself, his peers, and jujutsu society as a whole, Gojo's status as The Strongest has made him the single most important figure among sorcerers. Though he's one to flaunt his power and he enjoys fighting a hell of a lot, he uses his influence to better the world for those around him, in particular seeing to it that young sorcerers are able to enjoy their youth as much as possible.

WEAKNESSES:
🌟 Petulant: Eccentric and willful, Gojo has earned a reputation for being something of a brat, both to new acquaintances and his oldest friends. His ability to get away with pretty much anything has enabled him to push the buttons of those around him. As such, his personality is extremely polarizing, even among his students, and he sees no reason to change this.
🌟 Stubborn: Gojo is not a man easily swayed by others. Once his mind is made up about something, it is extremely difficult to change it, simply because his sense of conviction is so strong. He is likewise too stubborn to back down from a challenge, even if it might be reckless, and even if he only has anything to prove to himself.
🌟 Proud: Ever set on a pedestal due to his abilities, Gojo's pride is earned, yet still causes problems for him and those around him, as he sees himself as someone untouchable. Moreover, as The Strongest, he sees himself as the only one capable of truly seeing his goals through. It's a task he can only truly entrust to himself, his understanding of his own capabilities overriding his willingness to rely on others.

STRENGTHS

🌹 KIND — Despite her rough edges, Amelia's disposition is genuinely kind. She considers the needs of others and is driven by the instinct to make others feel happy and to keep her loved ones safe regardless of (or even because of) the powerful magic she wields. She is supportive of those in need and does everything in her power to provide for others.

🌹 COMPASSIONATE — Having suffered most of her life, Amelia is able to connect and sympathize with others who have been through similar negative circumstances. Even if the other party may or may not deserve it, she acts with compassion as a way to facilitate real change in the hearts of others knowing that she's gone for decades without it.

🌹 FEARLESS — In the face of danger (magical or school-related), Amelia rarely backs down. She has the magic to back up her audacity and does not let any threat get away with anything while it has her attention. Even when beaten down, Amelia refuses to give up and does not let any obstacle deter her.


WEAKNESSES

STUBBORN — For Amelia, she initially operates on the assumption of "My way, is the best way," and will not budge on her position. While stubbornness helps her endure challenges it also leads her to reckless and off-putting behavior which puts her in unnecessary danger or makes her do more work than needed. Also, expect to be lectured at some point in interactions with the witch.

CANTAKEROUS — Though she can stay calm and calculated in most situations Amelia has a flaring temper fitting for a redhead. She tends to treat situations and the people around her as nuisances from the most minor of infractions to the greatest threats. Think of her as a crotchety old lady who's just tired of your bullshit and will say and do what she wants.

MELANCHOLIC — Her trials as a student of the Witch King and leaving her life as a human behind stir up regret and insecurity about her current state of being. One of the biggest tragedies in her life is the loss of her first love Briar which continues to affect her to this day. Amelia does her best to continue living in the present for her beloved's sake but will fall into a pattern of dwelling on the past and letting the pensive sadness overwhelm her.

Strengths & Weaknesses:

STRENGTHS
  • Accommodating — The Maid is courteous and agreeable — not at all the type to argue with others, disagree with them, or challenge them in any way. Rather, she focuses on keeping others in a state of calm and happiness, always willing to go the extra mile to make others comfortable, whether that is in conversation or in action.

  • Collected — One important tenet that she lives by is to always keep her composure — she deals with things quickly, silently, and without fuss. It is rare for her lose her sense of poise, even if she is outright insulted or yelled at. As such, it is very difficult to rile her up, and she can generally approach things with a clear mind.

  • Resilient — Beneath all her tranquility is someone with a very strong spirit, as well as a kind heart that she keeps well buried under her prim and proper act (mostly to prevent herself from making herself vulnerable.) The Maid has faced countless hardships, but despite that, she has always done everything she can to protect herself and endure, even at the cost of herself — she herself feels that she is "weak," but she actually has incredible mental and emotional strength. While she is no stranger to falling into the depths of despair, she has proven able to find hope again and again.

WEAKNESSES
  • Distant — The Maid generally makes an effort to feel detached about the fates of others. Part of how she accomplishes this comes from the fact that she does not consider her persona as the Maid (always polite and accommodating) her "real self," but rather a "cocoon" that she has been wearing for hundreds of years, which is slowly consuming her. She genuinely believes that so long as she wears her "cocoon," she does not need to care about what happens to the people around her or to herself, which obviously makes it a challenge for her to feel empathy or forge real connections.

  • Overly Obedient — While being accommodating is a strength up there, the Maid takes it a little too far, and finds it difficult to say no to others. She will agree to most requests easily, and can even be ordered to do things that she outright does not want to do. She is also a too stuck in her role as a maid (like, doesn't know how to act like a normal person sometimes), which has a tendency to come off unsettling to others.

  • Lack of a Sense of Self — Her many years of isolation have led to a degradation of her own sense of self-worth. Not only has she forgotten many details about her life and personality, but she generally thinks of herself as nothing more than a servant — a lifeless and somewhat pathetic one, at that.

Powers & Abilities:

    ➤ Intelligence: Gale is a brilliant mind and accomplished scholar with a knack for problem-solving. He takes a methodical and pragmatic approach to most situations and strongly believes in reason. As a lifelong student of both magic and the world around him, he is passionate not only about learning, but teaching and sharing whatever he does learn with others, should they have an interest.
    ➤ Magical Talent: Gale is a wizard of “considerable acclaim” in his own words, but this is hardly idle bragging. His reputation is well-earned; he was considered a prodigy in his youth and showed so much raw talent that the goddess Mystra herself took notice of him and took him under her wing. He became her Chosen One, and his powers were near unrivaled by any other wizard of the age until he got himself grounded and debuffed.
    ➤ Optimism: Even when things are at their worst, Gale does his best to face troubles with a smile or a quip for levity to help keep both himself and his companions from feeling overwhelmed or discouraged. He is one of the more pleasant and congenial members of the party, with a kind heart and an investment in doing good deeds and aiding others, despite the fact that their current situation might make others lean towards self-interested cynicism, and believes that for every problem, a solution can be found.


    WEAKNESSES
    ➤ Hubris: Like so many wizards before him, Gale has the potential to be crippled by his own hubris. He has already fallen from grace once before, defying the wishes of the goddess Mystra because he believed that he knew better, or that because his intentions were good, the ends would surely justify whatever means he might use. Despite being a scholar with a broad knowledge of history, he fails to learn from his predecessors because he seems to believe that his own abilities and the goodness of his intentions mean that he simply must succeed where those before him have failed. ‘Surely, this time will be different,’ ignoring the fact that regardless of his beliefs, absolute power corrupts absolutely.
    ➤ Ambition: Gale’s ambition is a double-edged sword; it has driven him to do great things and achieve great heights, but it also means he is never content to remain where he is— or leave well enough alone. It was his ambition to become the greatest wizard Faerun has ever known, to become Mystra’s most beloved, that drove him to defy her wishes in his efforts to try and return a missing piece of what he thought was her Weave. Later, it is his ambition that drives him to potentially pursue godhood and challenge Mystra herself, because he’s certain that the world deserves a ‘better’ god of magic and that he himself can provide that— outright dismissing the option of failure or the great risks involved simply because he is too ambitious to become something greater to allow himself to consider anything but his success. His heart is good, but he remains hungry for greater power all the same, and this is an incredibly dangerous combination, lacking in a necessary degree of self-awareness.
    ➤ Physiology: Wizards are generally of a weaker constitution than many of their traveling companions, and Gale is no exception, but he has some further complications. Because he is currently housing a Netherese destruction orb in his chest, his body is under constant stress as it steadily eats away at him from the inside. Previously, he had to absorb the power of magic items to temporarily stabilize the orb to keep it from exploding and causing massive damage to the world around him; at present, it is slightly more stable thanks to the efforts of his mentor, but still highly volatile (to the point where his blood is full of necrotic magic, as seen when Astarion tries to bite him and ends up poisoned). He still worries that too much exertion or extreme emotions might cause the orb to do serious damage to others around him, and it is important that he stay very alive and in control of his own faculties to keep it in check.


    Powers & Abilities: Gale’s abilities primarily revolve around magic. At his current canon point (level 12), he has a number of spells available to him and is able to cast up to Level 6. His current spell list can be found here, though he has to have spells prepared in order to cast them. He can also use Arcane Recovery to regain limited spell slots/energy before having to rest for an extended period.

    Additionally, being tadpoles by his mindflayer captors means that Gale has some limited psychic power, occasionally able to hear or see the thoughts and feelings of other people bearing tadpoles. He also has the potential to exert psychic influence over other tadpole bearers. Because this ability comes from being a part of the Illithids’ hivemind network, it is unlikely that it will work reliably here, aside from possibly being able to share fleeting thoughts with any potential canonmates bearing tadpoles, as well.

  • Strong moral compass - Akira has a pretty good sense of what is "right" and "wrong" in life, and while he consciously walks the grayer side of the morality scale as a phantom thief, he has a firm set of principles to which he always adheres.
  • WEAKNESSES:
  • Pushes himself too hard - As leader of the Phantom Thieves, Akira is hesitant to show weakness or the need for any kind of support, which means he often pushes himself far past his own limits

  • Distrustful - He isn't, like. . . wary of EVERYONE he comes across, but he does tend to hold himself at arm's length with people until he gets to know them. . . especially if that person is an adult or part of the system that tried to keep him down.

    ➕ As a child, Reiju was deeply disturbed by the cruelty her younger brother experienced at the hands of their family. Her compassion ultimately propelled her to defy their father and help Sanji escape from their hellish home. As an adult, she very quickly grasps the suffering of those around her and tries to help in what ways she can, provided that doing so won't endanger herself, while carrying a deep appreciation for acts of true kindness.

    ➕ As a liar herself, she is intuitive to the natures of others. She navigates the world with practiced grace, covertly probing into anything that seems too perfect or otherwise wrong, and can usually skirt around trouble by reacting accordingly.

    ➕ Reiju is shrewd enough to recognize and work around the hostile environment of militant politics. The only working Vinsmoke royal to have retained her emotions, she has earned the right to walk beside her cold father by concealing her morality and the actions guided by it, playing the part of a loyal soldier in its place.

    ➖ Due to her upbringing and genetic alteration, Reiju toes the line of what she can get away with without outright challenging the status quo. As a result, she's passive where others might speak up against an injustice unfolding before them and sometimes is even party to it by association. Similarly, she believes that the world would be better off without her family and so does nothing to save herself when held at gunpoint.

    ➖ Because she places self-preservation above all else (with the exception of Germa's fall), Reiju is self-seeking and expresses difficulty grasping the concept of self-sacrifice. Too, as children she demanded that Sanji not look to her as a defender in order to avoid becoming a target for taking care of him in secret, which she continued to do in their adulthood when he returned for a spell.

    ➖Life in a militant household has groomed Reiju into a dishonest woman who feigns apathy with a hint of cool superiority, stifling her true emotions and using underhanded tactics to secure victory for her kingdom.     Strengths:
    • strength: Cyno is a powerhouse. Not only does he train his body regularly to be a capable fighter, he also possesses a divine spirit within him, that he can channel to become even stronger. Seriously, this guy is small, but he's easily the most physically powerful person in Sumeru.
    • dependability/loyalty: Cyno is incredibly self-disciplined, which means that he is also very dependable, always ready to stick to his promises. He's absolutely the most loyal friend you could ask for, and there is nothing he would not do to protect or help his loved ones. If he says he will do something, he will do it.
    • love: Though Cyno can be quite terrifying to most, he actually has quite a big heart, he loves very deeply and very tenaciously. He is kind and compassionate, the type of guy who would help an old lady cross the street, or assist a young child in finding their parents.

    Weaknesses:
    • stubbornness: Cyno can be a stubborn individual, difficult to convince of things he has otherwise decided upon. Though he will eventually cave to sound reasoning, it takes a bit of work to get him to pivot in his path. Once Cyno has something in his sights, getting him off of it can be a real hassle.
    • awkwardness: Despite being incredibly powerful and influential in Sumeru, Cyno is, in fact.. a super awkward guy. He's accustomed to talking with people because he needs to for his job, but when he isn't in work mode, he struggles with knowing how to behave in social situations, so he'll often avoid things like parties and get-togethers.
    • family/friends: Cyno's loved ones are a huge weak spot, for him, which is something he is all too aware of. As the General Mahamatra, he has many enemies, which means that he could be very easily exploited through them, considering there is very little he would not give/do to keep his friends and family safe. Enemies aside, he'll also easily crumple to the wants and needs of anyone he cares for.

    Strengths & Weaknesses: As the female protagonist is a silent protag in P3P, her characterization is based off the Drama CD, the stageplays, Persona Q2 and her dialogue choices, just as a note!

    STRENGTHS

  • Caring - She can't leave people alone once she starts to get to know them, and usually ends up involving herself in helping to support them and solve their problems. Even when they insist they don't need her help, which will come up a few times in her Social Links, she persists.
  • Cheerful - In most situations, she's quick to smile or tease and bring people's moods up. She considers herself to be a mood-maker and is often the one trying to lift spirits in PQ2 when people seem down or troubled.
  • Quick to adjust - She adapts so quickly to situations where she's thrust into them knowing next to nothing and is very good at thinking on her feet and improvising. Both Yukari and Junpei express astonishment at how smoothly she adjusts to being a Persona-user and taking a leadership role.

    WEAKNESSES

  • Stepford smiler - She usually smiles to cope, even when she's in a situation where she's clearly not as okay as she acts and that becomes a little more obvious later in the game. This also crops up in PQ2 when she realizes her set of friends has no idea who she is and she ends up forcing a smile and a cheery attitude so that they don't feel bad about it.
  • Self-sacrificial - She starts out being able to take risks because she has very little, if anything, to live for. Even when this does change for her and she has more to lose, she also chooses to [REDACTED].
  • Stubborn - She's absolutely bull-headed and difficult to deter, probably much to the dismay of people who don't want to deal with her getting close to them during their Social Links. During the drama CD, she remains determined she can get by on one geta instead of two to the point where she topples over from the attempt.

    Powers & Abilities: Wild Card, meaning she can equip up to twelve Personas at once and swap them out to help her in a battle. Also can hit really hard with a variety of sticks.

    Strengths & Weaknesses:
    ❤Simple - Karlach doesn't need much to be happy: good food, good friends, a good fight, a good fuck. She enjoys simple pleasures without really longing for anything more and those pleasures really are everything to her. She doesn't have much ambition.
    ❤Joyful - She's a happy, bubbly, delightful person who's incredibly positive about her teammates and who tries to see the bright side of everything but the darkest situations and even then, she'll try to pull herself and her teammates through it. It's also how she managed to hop a ride out of Avernus at the beginning of canon; never give up!
    ❤Earnest - what she feels she feels SO MUCH and that includes loyalty, love, delight, etc. and it means that she giggles or rages or dances without a hint of shame or concern. What you see is what you get and what she says is always the best truth she has and if she can't tell that to you, she'll say so outright.

    ✘Reckless - Those strong emotions and that simple mindset will sometimes make her not see the dangers around her or how unwise it would be to let people know her true feelings/intentions. More than once, she's had to be stopped from going off on someone at the wrong moment when it would end up just getting good people killed and she lives her life on the edge, knowing she's working on borrowed time since she got her infernal engine.
    ✘Intense - Her emotions are intense and when they're good that's great, but when they're bad they very much are not. Her temper can turn intensely destructive, as in property damage destructive, and it can even cause her infernal engine to run too hot, burning with an intensity that can hurt other people near or touching her.
    ✘Violent - she's not really a diplomacy person: if the options are a long drawn out discussion or just punching the problem (or intimidating it), she'll happily take that option. Saying she isn't a bully isn't true; while she is a good person and wants to do the right thing, she'll definitely 100% use her muscles, fist, or axe to intimidate someone towards the 'right thing' if she can.

    Powers & Abilities: I built her on this spec (melee flavor) so in short order: Zariel Tiefling Barbarian 8, Fighter 4: she swing big weapon real hard when angy. Also has the ability to take on a few different animal-type attack specials and to Speak with Animals. She has an Infernal Engine in her chest instead of a heart which makes her better able to fight, especially when she can throw in a soul coin to power it. ...also technically has the ability to break the fourth wall but I figure that won't get pulled out much. Last but not least, after 10 years fighting demons in the Blood War, she's got the knowledge about a LOT of DnD demons and devils at her disposal.

    Strengths & Weaknesses:
    strengths;

    Confident: Given his high intelligence and being a highly active researcher, Tighnari is more than confident in his own abilities. After all, it's because he believed plenty in his own capabilities that he was confident in stepping into action to take charge amongst the Forest Rangers and offer a guiding hand. Knowing if anyone was capable enough, Tighnari himself had everything needed to change things for the better. His confidence extends to his teachings, correcting the ways and even offering lessons in areas where he knows himself to be best suited for.
    Patient: Where some may give up teaching even the dullest of pupils or the most stubborn souls loafing around, Tighnari does not shy away from it. Rather, his patience exceeds far, because if he gives up on someone- it'll only spell disaster or even headaches for the future with bumbling idiots blindly wandering through the forests. Of course, his even kinder patience is seen with his education in teaching and taking care of Collei who didn't even know how to read or write when they first met, coming up with ways to comprehend easy-to-understand explanations.
    Loyal: Though originally Tighnari was never really the kind to seek out relationships in his earlier days, he has come to make some strong connections with people he cares and loves. People finding his kindness and easy to speak with mannerisms drawing them to him. This brings connections that he has proven to be quite loyal to and willing to always extend a helping hand whenever it is requested from him. His loyalty for Cyno and Collei both, for example, shows that a mere mention of them having sent his way is enough to get some trust from the fox, his strong loyalty and care for them always coming through.

    weaknesses;

    Blunt: Throughout his lecturing, teachings and scolding - Tighnari is hardly the type to sugarcoat things. He's straightforward and extremely blunt by default. He doesn't hesitate to speak his mind, and never to turn away from pointing out someone's mistakes or wrongs if they've done something extremely foolish.
    Stubborn: Along with his bluntness, he's awfully stubborn as well. He does not give up lightly on matters he's passionate about, as well as speaking his own mind. He will even butt heads with those on friendly terms if he's confident that he is the one more in the right of things. Though he isn't entirely stubborn to not listen and hear someone out, he's certainly still very headstrong.
    Sensitivity: Despite his strong-willed mindset and assured confidence, Tighnari's race does come with some unfortunate drawbacks. For one, his hearing is quite sensitive, finding big gatherings and crowds to be much too loud for his hearing, and even worse during powerful thunderstorms enough that it'll cause him headaches. And if that isn't enough, his dark dense fur means he does extremely poorly in intense heat such as the desert. He's easily prone to fainting and collapsing in high temperatures.

    + Creativity: A big part of Kaveh's character is his passion for art and beauty. He passionately defends art against commercialization and he believes that the ability to recognize and appreciate beauty is (again, in his own words) an "important virtue." No matter how down he is about his circumstances or how worried he is about the future, he can still see the beauty in the world and he takes a lot of pride in his work, and that's part of what keeps him going.

    + Intelligence: But don't let him fool you because KAVEH IS A STEM MAJOR!!! He graduated with honors and he goes back to the Akademiya as a guest lecturer; in his work, he's able to very quickly do complicated calculations in his head; and mentions of his genius craftsmanship are scattered all throughout Genshin. He built Mehrak from a piece of ancient technology that he was able to recognize and acquire from some oblivious merchant, he worked with Faruzan to design mechanical butterflies for one of his projects that they then repurposed for a competition, it's implied that he helped revolutionize the textile industry, BASICALLY HE'S A SMARTYPANTS.

    + Compassion: Kaveh places extreme importance on other people. Part of this comes from the fact that he's incredibly lonely and desperate to be welcomed and accepted by his peers, but mostly Kaveh has just always been an incredibly sensitive, caring person. In an argument on a message board, after giving away his money to some strangers, he says, "Why did I do this, you say? Because it makes me happy! And don't you forget that mutual assistance, fairness, and righteous anger are also what drive the world, not nonsense like 'the fittest survives'!"

    - Stubbornness: Listen... sometimes you've got a group of Sumeru bros and they are all stubborn in their own ways, help. Though he's friendly and kind, he absolutely has a habit of digging his heels in, and he will passionately defend his stance on certain things (especially his ideals and beliefs about humanity and society). This jumps out a lot when you try to change his (very negative) self-perceptions or treat him with a lot of kindness, because (Character Story 2 voice) "he cannot accept pure goodwill, for when he makes choices, he believes that he should be punished, and finds some comfort in the pain."

    - Quick temper: I don't really have an essay about this one tbh. He's an idiot who gets riled up very easily and tosses out tin foil hat-esque conspiracy theories on a dime. If you can get bullied by Paimon then there's no helping you. /dunks him in the trash

    - ...Compassion(/Idealism): One of Kaveh's greatest strengths is, simultaneously, one of the things that drags him down the most. Kaveh is the definition of "sets himself on fire to keep others warm." I wrote compassion/idealism because one of the ideals that Kaveh lives by is the need to help others; he firmly believes that there will always be people who will do the right thing and who will support others, but he constantly gets himself into trouble and burns himself out trying to do exactly that.

    The wiki is super barebones, and I swear despite the spelling of her last name there, it’s “Malencon” in game. Since that page doesn’t go into great detail, here’s a brief summary (cw references to child abuse and sa):

After her father’s abuse escalated in severity enough that the resulting injuries left her incapable of ever having children of her own, she attacked him and ran, leaving him for dead on the farm.

    Odette fled to a port city in an attempt to escape everything familiar to her; there, she was taken in by the proprietor of a shipping company and quickly rose up the fleet ranks due to her work ethic, aggressive approach to dealing with pirates, and general disregard for her own safety. Years later, while carrying defecting mafioso Federico Carminati, Odette’s ship was attacked again, this time by eight other vessels at once—an impossible fight. Odette and her passenger both died on the ship, but that wasn’t the end: Both found themselves as participants in Divine Selection, working against ten other individuals in a ruthless competition to determine the sole true survivor, whose life would be restored by Parca, a self-proclaimed “goddess of fate.”

    Strengths & Weaknesses: +Cunning. Odette proves herself to be very strategically minded time and time again, from making correct inferences about people’s identities based on very lacking information to leading people into deals she wants to make to hatching a plot to bring down a terrorist ring. Her main strength lies in deductive and abductive reasoning skills, as she’s able to draw quick conclusions from context clues and act based on her environment.
    +Bold. Brave, brash, and confident, Odette moves decisively and isn’t the type to hesitate once she knows where she’s going. Though she appears to have no particular dedication to protecting her fellow man or doing good in the world, she’ll get into the thick of things when it suits her and has been known to protect others on a whim - even if she won’t admit it.
    +Vivacious. Odette possesses a very strong carpe diem attitude; she wants to enjoy life on her terms as much as possible for as long as she has left, and she believes no one needs an important reason for living despite not really caring if she does. She hates being predictable and prefers to follow her instincts toward whatever is most exciting, rewarding, or enjoyable.

    -Irreverent. She can be very dismissive of and disrespectful toward others, speaking very directly and never shying away from insults. As she’s someone who plays by her own rules, it’s also difficult to tell exactly what her standards for respect are, and the waters are further muddied by her picking on people she likes and sometimes lying or joking about her true feelings. This can restrict her capacity to form close emotional connections, as others are often intimidated by her, likening her to a predator, and she is often viewed as ruthless, mouthy, uncaring, and a little insane.
    -Hedonistic. Life has always been kind of a game for Odette, and while her lust for life is also a positive quality, she’s also the embodiment of “violent delights.” She drinks like a fish, fights for fun, and is quite gluttonous and lustful, to the point that it sometimes even overrides her more logical nature. Another character points out that, if it’s more interesting or fun to choose violence, Odette will do so even at the expense of a more calculated long-term plan.
    -Regret driven. Odette is very hung up on the concept of “weakness,” as she seems to see weakness as being trapped under the inescapable pressure of something that can’t be changed or overcome. Her regret that she cannot have children has defined her life, especially as she’s gotten older, and Odette sees this as a fundamentally broken status of existence given that she will never be able to undo the outcome. She’s depersonalized almost entirely from her trauma, trained herself to peak physical condition, and embraced living life to its fullest extent, but she will never have been strong enough to prevent her regret, and it weighs on her.

    Powers & Abilities: Odette is human, albeit an extraordinary one. Her single supernatural quality comes from her status as a participant in the Divine Selection game. Because she occupies a space between living and dead in a timeline that can be warped to accommodate either, she cannot physically be killed again and will only truly die when she’s elected for elimination.

    Though she cannot die from injury or illness, she can still take damage and suffer ill side effects like smoke inhalation, organ trauma, and broken bones. I think this helps counterbalance the innate strengths of not being able to experience true death and also plays really well into the rule of funny or the rule of hurt/comfort, but I can definitely tweak it if needed!

    As part of her participation in the game, she's in possession of a card book containing the information she's learned about her fellow Divine Selection participants, including her own. Correctly deducing something about one of them will cause another card to form. If any information becomes no longer true, the card will shatter.

    Being a normie doesn’t make her completely defenseless or talentless, however. Her non-magical accomplishments include her decorated career as a captain with all that entails (navigational expertise, freighter steering, logistics, etc.). She’s a firearms expert. Her knowledge of international cuisine is quite sophisticated, and she can pick out individual tasting notes with ease.

    Strengths & Weaknesses:

    (+) Idealistic- he believes in the capacity for change, even in his horrible canon, and was a part of efforts to change the City for the better; even after all he's been through, he wants to live and for others to be able to live their lives, and doesn't give up on hope that their efforts will still work out and they'll all be able to get what they want.
    (+) Creative- as the Patron Librarian of Art, he's gotten more interested in practicing it himself, and mentions working emotions out on the canvas. Art therapy. He's also expanded his hobbies to include assembling puzzles and painting them when he's dodging work.
    (+) Soft-hearted- especially for someone from the City, Netzach's a caring individual. He's good at seeing the potential and positive traits in others, he hates ending lives even when it's not necessarily permanent, he falls easy for particular types of person... he's doing his best.

    (-) Lazy- if it's something he doesn't want to do, Netzach has zero motivation to do it. If he doesn't like his job, he'll slack off and do the absolute bare minimum, and occasionally encourage others to do so with him.
    (-) Blunt- similarly, if he doesn't like you, you're going to know. He doesn't think too much of being direct unless he has good reason to care otherwise, or about just pointing things out.
    (-) Low esteem- turns out (redacted) years of basically being 'the useless one' and 'the lazy one' makes it harder to see yourself otherwise. Being stuck with work he doesn't want does not help... he's working on it, but he's not proud of himself, especially since he still goes through with killing guests despite hating it.

    Powers & Abilities:
    -Abnormality Pages: As a Patron Librarian, Netzach is technically able to make use of Abnormalities; Abnormalities don't have a physical form, and Librarians are physically present but less psychologically stable, so they can sort of borrow their power and carry Abnormalities with them to help them fight. This might not work at all outside the Library itself though, and he would have to have the book an Abnormality is kept in to be able to do it. Very easy to just nerf this out of existence.
    -E.G.O Pages: this is the same thing but stronger (and therefore likely riskier in terms of not getting taken over by the Abnormality.) In game terms you can't do this until emotion levels are high enough, so in rp terms this is also only possible when they're running high (either positive or negative).
    -Normal Sword Stuff: yeah it's what it says on the tin. He knows how to use one, by necessity; he just doesn't like to and is unlikely to touch weapons unless it's self-defense.
    -Living Book: this is a technicality because of the way dying works here so it doesn't fully matter BUT Netzach is not exactly a person, and is better classified as a living book thanks to the way Angela manifested their bodies. He normally becomes a book on death. Since he's dead in canon I do kind of want him to have his book here... he won't be linked to it since he's already dead/outside the Library but it'll contain information on his life.

    Strengths & Weaknesses:

    + Compassionate - In a country that thrives on warmongering and trampling over the weak and helpless, Hikari defies tradition by valuing kindness, seeing everyone as equals, and going out of his way to help strangers. While he's not above frustration, malice is virtually foreign to him; he tries to see the best in everyone and is quick to forgive and/or understand why people do what they do.

    + Determined - Despite Hikari's modesty in every other regard, he's unwavering in his beliefs. Pointedly, while he infamously won't even kill enemy soldiers who're no longer an active threat, he's resolute enough to cut down those he has to without agonizing over the moral dilemma, and multiple people note how Hikari never breaks even with the trauma and horrors life throws his way.

    + Sincere - With Hikari, what you see is generally what you get. He always means what he says and does, gives everything his all especially if it's to make others happy, and is a supportive friend. He's too earnest to do anything but follow his heart, even if he faces criticism for going against societal expectations.

    - Naive - Hikari isn't always great at picking up on social nuance (it at least partly comes from having combat on the brain 24/7), and by his own admission he's probably overly trusting, as well as a little too forgiving about being manipulated. If he calls someone a good friend, it means nothing because he's a dubious judge of character with a great? terrible? track record of said friends trying to kill him or purposely endangering him.

    - Troubled - Given that he has a voice in his head that serves as intrusive thoughts, he is effectively haunted by shadows and has to live terrified that in the heat of battle he's accidentally going to lose it and stab people for funsies. Even when he's not blatantly going through it, he's described as fighting like a man possessed and in general can be kind of reckless with his own well-being.

    - Defined by duty - It can be said that Hikari's so focused on living for others that he doesn't quite know how to live for himself, down to the fact that he rarely stands up for himself when personally mistreated or badmouthed even though he'll fiercely defend anybody else. He downplays his good qualities, seeing his achievements or victories as the result of others' efforts rather his own. As far as he believes, he's weak, and any strength of his comes solely from knowing people are relying on him to be a guiding light.

    Powers & Abilities: Mainly a bunch of JRPG weapon skills—not every skill he's coming into the game with is listed, but all of them boil down to stab, basically. Also having him equipped with the Thief subclass!

    STRENGTHS

  • INTELLIGENT — Smart enough to perfectly pretend at politeness, form nihilistic philosophies at the ripe old age of twelve, and claw his way to another reality with little more at his disposal than his powers and wits. Henry is thoughtful and quietly clever, even if he doesn’t always voice his thoughts aloud.

  • PATIENT — His facade of niceness wouldn’t work if he wasn’t at least somewhat patient, but Henry’s patience extends further than somewhat. He waited twenty years, imprisoned in a lab, before seeking the right opportunity to try to escape. And even after that, he persists for seven years in a hellish alternate dimension doing much the same.

  • PSIONIC TALENT — Henry is currently the most powerful psionic individual in his canon. He was the original test subject in Hawkins National Laboratory, his abilities were what all the following subjects were modeled to emulate, and he’s more versatile than all of them combined. For the (mostly) normie cast, he is both terrifying and futile to face head-on without a plan.


  • WEAKNESSES

  • ANGRY — Beneath the smiles, Henry possesses a lot of anger directed at both humanity’s perceived flaws and the circumstances wrought against him. He believes he’s spent his entire life imprisoned and misunderstood in some way, and he will always be resentful of that. This is the foundation on which so much of his character is built, and it runs very, very deep, often manifesting as cruelty when it comes out.

  • MISANTHROPIC — Henry despises what he believes is human artificiality. He sees the mundanity of everyday life and routine as rote and tiresome, and he describes society’s enforcement of order as a “straitjacket.” He will never appreciate the performative nature of humanity and refuses to be controlled by it, and he tends to assume the worst of people in general rather than the best.

  • HYPOCRITICAL — It is also worth noting, however, that Henry is a huge hypocrite. He sees flaws in others around him but never chooses to apply them to himself, and boy howdy, they sure do apply. He is just as prone to human fallacy as the humans he looks down on so much.

    Background/History: A tiefling born to parents with ideals of grandeur and fame and little else. Sprezzatura "Morosis" Vaux has spent her life clawing her way from beneath her family's shadow and its pitiful lip service to the pleasure of unending knowledge, hungry always more, more, more. She spent most of her adult life happily spending their money to fund her education at Teaferth College, a wizarding school in Waterdeep, but after a series of accusations, she was expelled on grounds of academic theft, and then the entire school just... burned to the ground! She has her seething, vengeful suspicions as to who and why, but now without her parents' favour and money, Sprezzatura Vaux is on her own when it comes to disproving the very theories she devoted her life to furthering. Just her and her sentient spellbook against the world.

    Strengths & Weaknesses:

    + AMBITIOUS — What scholar could call themselves anything other? She loves to seek out new knowledge, wherever and whatever that knowledge may be, and this extends to learning new skills, visiting new locations, and embarking into places that you might not expect a wizard to go. Her life has handed her lemons, and she's about to invent lemonade, baby.

    + RESPONSIBLE — Despite her negative traits and rigidity, Sprezzatura does possess a fairly strong sense of responsibility. She will take it upon herself to do what she can for those who need it, provided that it doesn't harm her in some way or otherwise benefit her family at large. In other settings, this has ranged from appointing herself as group tactician to promising to save her CR from their narrative fate.

    + INTELLIGENT — You also can't be a wizard without being intelligent. Literally. While she may not be so adept at social cues or street smarts, Sprezzatura has a good mind for facts, patterns, and figuring something out as she goes. She likes to study, likes to learn, and out of sheer stubbornness will refuse to give up on something until she's figured it out, or else deemed it "unsolvable".

    - OBSESSIVE — Unfortunately, once Sprezzatura's interest has been caught, she has a bad habit of obsessing. This can be good, say, when you are a scholar and academic who needs to get this spell juuuuust right, but it can be very, very bad when you are an ex-scholar with a simmering revenge plot on your mind. She has a very hard time letting go of grudges, and may carry that chip on her shoulder well past the point of what's considered "healthy" or "sane". Even if others point out that it's not good for her, she'll still find it difficult even then to let a slight go.

    - UNCHARISMATIC — I'm sorry to say that Sprezzatura dumped not only her Wisdom stat, but her Charisma stat, too. She often struggles to empathize with how other people are feeling unless she happens to share their sentiment, and forget expressing herself in an eloquent, straightforward way. Give her a blank page and the time to write and re-write, and she can produce beautiful, heartfelt sentiment, but in the moment, she can't quite string it together, leading to unintentional insults, self-doubt, and sometimes just downright rudeness that it rarely occurs to her to apologize for.

    - PRIDEFUL — Leading us, at last, to her pride. Her poor people skills can land her in arguments she didn't mean to start, but it's her pride which prevents her from being able to spit out an apology, or worse, to hold her ground and die on a hill she hadn't realized she was standing on. She is quick to interpret innocuous comments as personal slights and decide to simply cut the cord there rather than try (badly) to talk things through. This leads to an often escalating series of fights followed by slow, reluctant apologies, followed by more arguments still, even with those she likes.


    Powers & Abilities:

    Darkvision — She can see in dim light as though it were bright light, and in total darkness as though it were dim light (in shades of grey) out to a distance of 60 feet.

    Spellcasting — She's a level 3 D&D wizard. This means she has a spellbook with a few low-level, generally non-combative spells. As an Order of the Scribe wizard, she is also capable of summoning a tiny quill for no other purpose than She Can, and using it means she can transcribe new spells much faster into her spellbook.

    Tiefling heritage — As a tiefling descended from the archdevil Mammon, she knows the Mage Hand cantrip and cast cast it at will. She is also resistant to fire damage, if that... ever comes up. She also knows how to speak Infernal, Common, Elvish, and Yipyak (she took it as an elective).
